Production policy

1. All Ribbons Collection shoes will need to be produced
   
2. It takes 7-14 working days to finalize the production. Please note all given time estimates for production orders are ONLY ESTIMATES and may be subject to change due to unforeseen factors
   
3. Ribbons Collection doesn’t have ready made shoes
   
4. All handmade/custom shoes are none refundable and are finale sale unless if there’s factory fault
   
5. Stock is limited on certain items.

Payment policy

1. Payment must be made in full prior to the item's production in order for any production order to proceed.
   
2. We do not courier stock until your order is fully paid, this applies to lay-by

Return/Exchange policy

1. Kindly notify us of defective items within 7 days of receipt of the product. (After the said period we won’t assist with the products)
2. All items returned must be returned in original packaging. 
3. No refund!!!! NO EXCHANGE!!! Please be sure of your size before making a purchase as we won’t refund if you choose an incorrect size!
4. Incase of factory fault kindly send us an email info@ribbonscollection or WhatsApp text to 0672827766 to assist you with an exchange of the shoe or fixing. 
5. Ribbons (we only exchange goods if there’s a factory fault, make sure you choose the correct size as we won’t allow return if it’s a customer’s fault by choosing an incorrect shoe size 
   

Lay-By 

1. An initial Lay-by deposit of 50% is required for all Lay-bys.
2. The money will be forfeited if the Lay-by is cancelled by the buyer
3. Terms of Lay-by is strictly 2months. The Lay-by will be forfeited after 2months
4. Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund if you change your mind.
5. A record of payment transaction history will always be available for both the merchant and buyer, recording all amounts paid to-date and the date and value of all future pending payments as per your agreed lay-by policy.

Courier Policy

1. It takes 3-4 working days for post net to courier your goods. Please note that this excludes any delays by the courier while in transit. 
   
2. We Do NOT COURIER ON WEEKENDS
   
3. We do not meet up but use courier services as we only have an online store.
   
4. Orders around Bloemfontein will be picked up by the buyer at post net Loch Logan waterfront, we do not do deliveries!
   
5. Please provide real names and take your I.D with when collecting your order
